I am currently a postdoctoral researcher working in the group of Peter Kharchenko. My research is focused on the development of statistical methods for analysing single-cell and in situ next generation sequencing data, in close collaboration with groups at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Wyss Institute.

I received my PhD (DPhil) from the Department of Statistics at the University of Oxford, where I was a member of the Life Sciences Interface Doctoral Training Centre and the Genome Analysis & Bioinformatics group of Prof. Jotun Hein. My research at Oxford was mainly focused on developing statistical methods for analysing protein structures, incorporating both evolutionary and biophysical information.
